The app may store your rescue sessions, outcomes, and related account information so you can view history, momentum, and exports.

If you use AI-assisted breakdowns, the app may process task text and generate micro-steps and guidance. Outputs shown to you may be stored with your session history.

You can request exports and delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account removes stored data and cannot be undone.
